U.N. human privileges researchers stated on Monday they'd attracted up a brand new secret listing of Syrians and military models suspected of carrying out war crimes who needs to be punished.
The independent researchers, brought by Paulo Pinheiro, stated they'd collected "a formidable and remarkable body of evidence" and advised the U.N. Security Council to touch on the problem in Syria towards the Worldwide Court Arrest (ICC).
"Gross human privileges violations have become in number, in pace as well as in scale," Pinheiro told the U.N. Human Privileges Council in Geneva. "There's no statute of restrictions on these crimes."
He didn't say if any Syrian rebels were one of the names out there, which up-to-date a private one his team posted to U.N. privileges Chief Navi Pillay in Feb.
